DeCordova Bend Estates

DeCordova Bend Estates is a beautiful gated golfing and boating community on Lake Granbury.  The community has an eighteen hole and nine hole golf course and a beautiful country club with tennis courts and swimming pool.  There is also a beautiful park and marina area with boat launch and picnic area.  There are homes on the lake, golf course, townhomes, condos and regular home lots.  The club house has a restaurant, pro shop and a bar. 

    

Pecan Plantation

 

Pecan Plantation is located in Hood County just at the edge of Lake Granbury.  The Brazos River circles around the outside perimeter of Pecan Plantation.  The center area of Pecan is still a very active Pecan orchard.

 

Pecan offers a variety of home options for all lifestyles.  There are riverfront, golf and airpark properties.  There are homes in the Equestrian Center that allows horses.  Pecan has condos, town homes, patio homes, and standard home lots. 

 

For the golfing enthusiasts, Pecan offers an eighteen hole golf course that allows free golf to the person on the deed to the home.  There is a second golf course, The Nutcracker, which is a private golf course and is by separate membership. 

 

The Pecan clubhouse has a large pool, tennis courts, restaurant, pro shop, and hotel rooms.  Pecan also offers a marina area to launch into Lake Granbury.
